Hands and Skin: Taking Care of Them?
Previously we talked about remedies made from natural products that enhance the face of an effective way. This time we present some other areas that nourish the body just as well: the hands and skin.
For hands a widely used vegetable is the potato. Due to its emollient that softens skin product, which achieves a smoothing effect. The formula is to beat a raw medium potato with a spoonful of boiled milk. Rub the skin with this mixture and let it work for a few minutes.

If your skin is exposed to the sun and needs to be hydrated, you should only raise a cup of water, a tablespoon of dry chamomile and a few drops of alcohol at 90 degrees. Prepare a tea with chamomile. Strain after 10 minutes and add the drops of alcohol. Beware in a jar in the refrigerator. You can put on the skin several times a day.
It is also very beneficial for the skin of Hungary Water, a remedy used since ancient times: four tablespoons of fresh rosemary, three tablespoons of fresh mint, three tablespoons of rose petals, a tablespoon of lemon zest, finely crushed, 150 millilitres orange blossom water and 150 alcohol or vodka. Put soaked ingredients in a glass container for two weeks. Filter. Save and keep for two weeks. Use as body lotion.
