3 Reasons to Return to Cycling

Most of us have grown up riding bikes. It is a pity that most have lost that wonderful habit when we got bigger, as they are a beautiful way to transport and provide incredible flexibility for the body.

Exercise bikes are a mode of cheap transport and best of all are fun. Bicycling can help you develop a cardiovascular system in perfect condition, as well as strong legs. Then we will see 3 reasons to return to cycling.

You can easily walk
If you live in a city and you’re a competent rider, then this is the best way I can choose to transport. Only pay when you buy your computer and can transport you all you want, no matter what happens. For example, if public transport does not work, you will not make difference because you can transport yourself in your own.

How to Take Advantage of Rainy Days

This is a dilemma that we have all gone. How can we use a rainy day to exercise? We prepared a routine to run, we are coming, and we see dark clouds looming. Bad omen, no?

In this article, I will try that apparently ruined plans scenario is not so, and give it a different turn to the issue.

Shadow Boxing. This term in English refers to training boxing with yourself. It’s a great way to exercise, even if it is raining outside, and you can practice indoors. It may sound boring, but you can try it for 20 to 30 minutes, you will see how powerful this way of working out.

You can do a number from 1 to 2 minutes of boxing and then take a break for a minute to do some squats or push-ups, then continue with the series. Make sure you have a clock nearby. Yes, it is important to be creative with this type of exercise: kicks, hooks, jabs, pivot, you have to go swapping and mixing these issues all the time. By the time you reach the fourth or fifth interval, you can feel the exercise starts to get tired, if this is the case, keep your guard a little more up and keeps moving his feet.
