Is a more or less superficial eruption in the skin, caused by several factors. And that usually the face, neck and back.

Cleanliness and hygiene are important principles for anyone. While excess impurities undoubtedly worsens acne, unfortunately, not always scrupulous a toilet can prevent it.
Wash your face several times a day with a hot damp towel to remove skin oils and keratin plugs. Friction and heat of the towel help dislodge the keratin plug. They can also be counter drugs (OTC for its acronym in English) containing various compounds such as benzoyl peroxide. If used as directed, seem effective.

Treatment options
In addition to basic hygiene measures already mentioned there are other topical medications.

Foods that Cause Acne
Acne is a skin disease that affects nearly 80% of the world’s population either during adolescence or adulthood. The causes are varied from not having any, genes, hormonal problems, overproduction of sebum, lack of facial cleanliness to the poor diet.
Many foods are associated with acne, so we recommend try to avoid such foods high in saturated fats, fried foods, cutting down on carbohydrates like bread, rice and fries, also corn, olives, cranberries, peanut butter , bacon, butter, oils, sugars, alcohol and caffeinated beverages.
