Know and Learn the Bedtime Routine for Babies as Early as You Can

When you become a new mother, there are a thousand things you have to learn. Changing a nappy is only one simple thing you need to know. There are some techniques such as baby massages that you must perform to your baby. And this thing can be easily learned too, as long as you are patient enough to learn. But, there are many other things you have to know based on experience. You can only read in the books some theory and experiences related to it, but the whole lessons will be obtained from experiences.

The bedtime routine for babies is one great example of that. Adults sleep from night to morning, and so do you. But it is a different case for your baby. The very first time your baby reaches your home, maybe you will see him or her sleeps all the day. Early baby usually sleeps for 16 to 18 hours a day, but usually not in a long term period. They sleep only 3 to 4 hours and then wake up, fall asleep again and wake up again; even in the middle of the night.

This is one thing you have to deal with in the first few months of his or her age. Next when your baby enters the 2-4 months, you will be able to schedule and maintain his bedtime schedule.
